3 Powerful Questions That Will Help You Win at Life

These three questions are the key to getting everything you ever wanted. Or I should say, the answers to these questions will allow you to become a master manifestor (No, that's not a real word. Yes, I just made it up.), which will allow you to deliberately create the life of your dreams!

What's a master manifestor you ask? In fact, you probably already know one and (unless it's you) you probably envy them. Because, you see, they just get it.

I'm talking about the person who always seems to have the best "luck". The person who everybody loves and gravitates towards. Everything they touch turns to gold. Things just flow so easily for them. They are inspired, abundant, charismatic, and best of all happy.

Basically, they get everything they want (and it's no accident).

The only thing that sets them apart from the rest of us mere humans is this: They create their own reality and they understand exactly how to do it.

I'm sure now you're curious how to do it too. Well, its quite simple (in theory). Let me explain. 

You create your life with your thoughts, beliefs, and feelings. Whatever you choose to give your attention to for long enough will manifest in physical form.

So if you want something, you essentially just have to focus it into realization. But that's not all. Step two is to become a vibrational match to what you are asking for so that you can receive it.

This simply means that if you want something that's going to make you happy, you have to be happy first before you can have it. Not the other way around.

So, all of that leads me to my point, which is this: These three questions are the tools master manifestors use to get and stay in alignment so they can have anything and everything they want out of life. And once you understand them, you'll be an unstoppable creator too.

1. What am I thinking about?

Be Intentional with your thoughts

When you really want something in your life you have to choose very particular thoughts in order to make it happen. All master manifesors intentionally do this.

Your thoughts are your primary power source when creating your own reality. They are always on the forefront of your mind and also influence the other two key aspects of manifestation (belief and emotions). 

 

The best thing you can do in life is be intentional with your thoughts. Tweet It

 

Stop letting your thoughts think you and start choosing them like you choose your outfit everyday. Don't just settle for any old thought at any given moment. Be picky! After all, you only have so much time on this planet, don't waste it thinking thoughts that don't get you closer to where you want to be.

Choose to think only the best feeling thoughts that are available to you in any given moment. It takes focus and discipline, but you can do it.

Now I'm not saying it's easy to be in control of your thoughts 24/7 or that you have to be thinking positively all the time. The best and easiest thing to do is to just pick the better feeling thought on any given topic that you are thinking about. 

If you hate your job you might be thinking on your way to work "I hate being stuck at this lousy job." But instead you could choose to think "Well, I don't have to do this forever. I could always get a new job." The second thought is still within reach of the first, but feels much better. Even though it's not super duper positive, it carries less resistance than the original thought. 

You can't usually go from a super negative thought to a super positive thought immediately, but what you can do is reach for a slightly less negative thought. #babysteps

A couple other good techniques to help you choose your thoughts intentionally are to meditate and to practice gratitude. When you meditate you are (in a perfect world) stopping your thoughts altogether or focusing your complete attention on one thought only.

Gratitude is my personal favorite way to choose thoughts because it makes you feel fulfilled, blessed, and happy all at the same time! Not to mention it's usually much easier than mediating. I recommend everybody have a gratitude journal because focusing on everything good that you have going on for you is a sure fire way to be intentional about your thoughts. 

 

2. What are my core beliefs?

Recognize and adjust your (hidden) beliefs accordingly

Beliefs are interesting because we have so many of them regarding all sorts of different topics. Yet half the time we don't even realize what they are or that they even exist within us. Beliefs can be sneaky that way. That's why you have to know what you stand for, especially if you want to be a deliberate creator.

When you want to manifest something in your life your beliefs have to be supportive of you having that thing you desire. In other words, you cannot contradict your desires with your beliefs. That sends a mixed message to the Universe and will put a halt to your manifestation efforts. 

Maybe you can relate to one of these examples...

If you're trying to find true love, but you believe you are too old (which is total B.S. by the way) it's gonna' put a halt to your ability to manifest true love.

If you want to ace your math final, but you believe that you are bad at math... Guess what's gonna' happen. You'll probably flunk it. (I think we have all experienced the "self doubt belief" before.)

If you want to be a professional ice skater, but you believe that pro ice skaters are always injuring themselves, then you can see how this is not congruent to you becoming one because you probably don't want to be injured all the time!

Your beliefs have to be fully supportive of your dream. To change the beliefs that don't serve you simply recognize them and then find as much supporting evidence as you can to make the opposite become true for you. Like Dr. Wayne Dyer always used to say, "You gotta believe it to see it!"

 

3. How am I feeling?

Use your emotions as your guide

Let me just start by saying that if you want to be a deliberate creator of your own reality you have to really care about how you feel. You have to want to feel good.

If there's only one thing you take away from this article, please let it be this: Feel good and good feeling things will be attracted to you. Hence, feeling good is the key to getting everything you ever wanted.

Your feelings/mood are a direct indicator of your energetic vibration or (regarding manifesting) point of attraction. Good feeling emotions like happiness, love, and peace are always indications that you're vibrating at a high frequency. This is great and is always the goal! On the other hand, bad feeling emotions like fear, stress, and sadness are indicators that you're vibrating at a low frequency.

What I'm saying is that how you feel is just a measuring tool for your point of attraction and that you should change how you feel in order to attract certain things. It's like a shortcut.

Your point of attraction (or mood) needs to match that of your desires. When it finally does match, your desires will show up in your life as real, tangible things and experiences. If it doesn't match, they won't manifest in reality until it does match.

Say you want a new home. A new home would make you feel happy and grateful (that's the whole reason why you want it in the first place). So to be a vibrational match to your dream house first you have to find a way to feel happy and grateful. Only then will the house be able to manifest in your life experience because you will be a vibrational match to it! Your point of attraction is perfect for you to attract this home.

This always works because when you feel happy and grateful the Universe will give you more things to be happy and grateful for (like your dream house). On the other hand, if you feel angry and jealous you will be a vibrational match to experiences that make you feel more anger and jealousy. That's the Law of Attraction at it's finest folks!

Most people do not understand this concept and therefore never seem to manifest what they want. They want to be wealthy, but they are too busy feeling poor so they are not a vibrational match to wealth. They want to be healthy, but they are always feeling sick and are therefore not a vibrational match to health. It's all about how you feel!

Usually, you want something because you think it will make you happy. Correct? So to be a vibrational match to the things that you want you just have to find a way to be happy and then it will be attracted to you like a magnet. If you can change the way you feel you can change your whole life because you will have set up your point of attraction to be a vibrational match to everything you want. Therefore summoning it into your experience.

 

When you're in tune with yourself you can more easily control your point of attraction and create more freely. My wish for you is to start incorporating these questions into your daily life so that you too can become a master manifestor.
