(So obsessed I made this free worksheet for you guys with 24 badass affirmation templates!) I love them for many reasons, but most importantly they empower and inspire us. Today I'm teaching you how to craft your own unique positive affirmations to help change your life for the better.

How to Create Your Own Unique Affirmations

Creating an affirmation is very simple. Basically, you just examine what’s not working and then affirm how you would like it to be instead.

Behold.

"Life is really hard for me." becomes "Life flows easily for me."

"I suck at math." becomes "I’m great at math."

"I’m not worthy of my dreams." becomes "I am worthy of my dreams."

You get the idea.

Choose something that’s not ideal and then change it for the better! You just take the negative and flip it into a positive. #thatwaseasy
